With the announcement on the 25th May regarding the "Successful porting completed for Intel IOT gateway platform" in the highlighted in mentioned:

1	Demonstrations to Original Equipment Manufacturers to commence in June

Would the chippie have to be announced prior to these steps taking place or generally after? I am not as tech savy as others but I would have imagined that if you have completed the porting and starting demonstrating to Intel engineers this would mean you would have had the chippies already producing the chip but maybe I am looking at this the wrong way.

And the second point of demonstrating to OEM to commence in June, what does this actually mean? are the OEM's the chippies or other users of the chip?
