I'd go as high as 20 mill.
That would give HAW around 40 mill in cash (so cash value per share of around 1.3c) then you add the gold tenements and HAW at baseline should then be 2c (IMO).
They then have a little war-chest to drill drill drill the gold tenements over the coming 6-12 months. As gold continues to increase and if it breaks the $2000 per ounce barriers you will start to see money pile into gold juniors again.
Who knows this could give them a MC of over 100mill and SP approaching 3.5-4c.
