Ya those options must be looking a long way out of the money just now.
A meaningful CR at the usual discount prohibitively dilutive now but can't help thinking that they must have realised that this is where it was all heading.
So what are we looking at - TS taking a bigger stake for cash or some sort of farm in? - don't seem to be that many choices.
