    Two standout failures in this list are ADY and CMR. The common denominator I believe was incompetent management, tipped over the edge by the GFC. I lost a small amount of money in both of these. Yet both had glowing futures if all went well which unfortunately of course it didn't.

    So, YA has made mistakes despite their resources and due diligence investigative experience.

    Don't forget TOP CLASS COMMITTED MANAGEMENT who are ideally also large stakeholders is critical for success.
