    Nice find NKLEX,

    I noticed Fortescue (FMG) obtained a SEDA for $20 million way back in March 2004....look where their share price was and is now...!

    FMG also have currently have 3 billion shares on issue, so PEN can put more shares on the market if they need to raise extra funds to get to production....

    IMO....everything is just coming together perfectly....:)
