Tom Plant? Wasn't he the CFO at Firefinch when they disastrously spun out Leo Lithium and drastically overspent on the Morilla gold mine before suspiciously shutting down within a fortnight of the split? Certainly a lot of questions were raised by shareholders as to how that all came to pass, and not many of them answered.
To be sure I have NFI how much of the calamitous financial decision making was on him (could be none, could be lots NFI), but I wouldn't be holding him up as a beacon here in a similar CFO role either. Was his advice ignored, was he at fault is any way, who knows? Oh to be a fly on the wall of his job interview at AVL after that all happened. Would have loved some answers or even gossip as to what happened as a shareholder at Firefinch.

But my argument is not against any of these people per say, they might all be quite good. Just the number and expense of them at this stage, they've been on the books over a year prior to a revised DFS and way before needed IMO.
