I think it is very likely morocco have let the flood gates open as they would have had a large inventory build up as they have lost sales due to controlling the price. Got to a point where they have gone enough is enough regarding demand loss. Read a few articles here and there and I spied a chart awhile ago showing sales volume increasing elsewhere and Morocco loosing sales. Next world bank report for what it is worth will make interesting reading
