New COO Share remuneration:

20,000 shares will vest on the third trading day after the release of earnings for the fiscal quarter which includes the first anniversary of the grant date. 20,000 shares will vest on the third trading day after the release of earnings for the fiscal quarter which includes the second anniversary of the grant date. 40,000 shares will vest on the third trading day after the release of earnings for the fiscal quarter which includes the third anniversary of the grant date. 20,000 shares will vest upon signing of first new Supply Agreement for the Unifill syringe with a pharmaceutical company other than sanofi-aventis or its affiliates. 20,000 shares will vest upon signing of a second new Supply Agreement for the Unifill syringe with a pharmaceutical company other than sanofi-aventis or its affiliates.

Seems motivation for signing agreement with SA/other parties will allow him to receive his shares.

Although not substantial for his assumed wealth, its still a carrot in front of the bloke.
