"I agree with cgt, that it is odd that we haven't entered into conditional contractual supply arrangements."

What, come on xFx you're better than that...
The same reason SA will not sign a supply agreement.
This is a start-up company, with no sizable deliverables history.

I'm sure you meant it's odd that we haven't entered into one or two collaboration(conditional) agreements with others by now.
No supply contracts, we haven't proven we can deliver any sizeable quantities of our flagship product, an $18M line doesn't happen overnight.

The size of BHP, how long it's been in business and it's history & experience of delivering. One cannot compare two totally different industries & companies of different ages.... as I've mentioned before "understand the stock your on".

There is very little risk regarding the prefill not producing. We have "inhouse" engineering experience, we have Lewisberry as a proving ground unilife built the first pilot machine "inhouse" & we engaged the the worlds best machine builder, with a very good deliverables history to build the prefill line, so it's all good in my book!

It's just a matter of time, sit tight all.
Q2'11, keep dancing AS, keep dancing!

    :-)
