Lets be honest......electric vehicals are OLD technology.

AC/DC motors have been around for a long long long time.

We just needed the new tech to be introduced in the batteries ( storage capacity + discharge ability ), and the inversion ability ( dc to ac ) for speed control purposes.

That tech is here NOW , but will be constantly updated. ( like any other tech, ie, petrol/diesel motors )

May oil soar to $ 200 SDR / barrel .Also these new PHEV`s need to LOOK GOOD, not like the electric prototypes of old.
