Which state are you in? I'm guessing eastern states.
SOR office is in Perth, two hours behind.
But their announcements don't always come "mid-morning".
Sometimes they're there on opening and at other times (more rarely) they come mid-to-late afternoon.
No discernible pattern... unfortunately.
