    PDFs as market-survivors and solid investments don't exactly have the greatest history, btw.
    Guess how many have been listed, guess how many have remained listed.

    Tax free investment vehicle
    No minimum hold time for tax-free gains
    Exponential curve
    Extreme concentration risk
    Enforced divestment from winners fund members
    Director sell-off over the past few months
    No fundamentals
    Losses are non-offsettable


    Take your pick as to why they're a risky investment, but most daytraders won't look past the first two, because they know they can exit before the later four become a problem.
    IE: if you bought lower than SP you can step off at any point with no penalty if you've already made your money.

    When its crashing fast, why even bother staying onboard?
    You can always buy back your shares cheaper tomorrow, or whenever a new upswing is happening.
