If AVB gets going on its own, then leverage is on AVB's fence. Makes negotiations easier.

If it did come through, then that would be a pleasant SURPRISE
and it makes Kalenn's choice of ALL IN exceptionally great.
eitherway, 18 months from now, IMO the market will have shifted AVB to it's new phase;
