BTB......ok 10c is a bit conservative.
I think 12c is more realistic especially since the Dinance will come with all sorts of pre-requisites and hurdles to clear.
I also think that we are pricing this ann in atm so when it does arrive only a small spike will be witnessed and a new set of anaysis arises and the debates continue.
