    All the bad news must be out on the market now for Clough, all of it due to previous management. Now the new CEO must begin to show in results and decisions. The Gorgon gas development is only 9 months away, the WA government has a billion dollar surplus, and other Australian projects are riding the Asian tiger. Clough is a good buy if looking for a recovery stock that hasn't been pushed up in the market yet.
