I think managment would not of taken this decision lightly, they would not have been pleased to be raising money at this share price. However I believe that this equity raise, despite the dilution will add value to the Company in the coming 12 to 24 months. I see great growth in our business, with that now behind us and with the volatility in the gold price and the uncertainty as to where gold prices might trade over the next several quarters, they would have felt it was prudent to raise equity to not only protect shareholder value but enhance shareholder value as they take advantage of the growth opportunities they see in our asset portfolio.
