Hi Flummoxetrader,
the only reason I would invest in IBG now is if the company was either developing / selling the Citronen deposit. Now, I’d like to ask about director’s duties. Is it material if the company is seeking to sell a project like Citronen? I would think it is, because the company is nothing without it. Are the directors required to advise the market if they are seeking a sale of this asset? I would assume so, in my view, as I rely on that asset bringing value to my investment in the company, and without it, I would invest elsewhere.
