So why are you certain that KPG will still be around in 20 years? You are too young to know all about Stockfords and Harts Australasia - both accounting firm aggregators that went belly up over 20 years ago after building large networks and announcing significant profits.
KPG debt is not huge compared to market cap but it is significant compared to profit.
