The problem is, they haven't committed fraud!
Everything they said they would do, they did - they just did it very badly while paying themselves and their friends huge salaries/fees. I've made this point on this forum a number of times and can't be bothered repeating it.
What you need to get through your head is...the cavalry isn't coming. ASIC and ASX don't care that this company went broke - it happens to companies all the time. There won't be any retribution on the previous Directors.
You need to write this company off as a bad loss and a learning experience and move on.
