There are all sorts of hurdles in proving fraud.
But there are different hurdles in proving breaches of Fiduciary Duties, and breaches of Corporations Act.
Before you make your claims, I suggest you have a read of some of the evidence.
Start with ASX release where LWP state they have forwarded copies of the Legal Reports to ASX and ASIC.
Take a look at all the claims by LWP directors, and the later outcomes etc, and compare.

The only way the former directors will get away with what they did, is ifshareholders allow them to do so.
