You have got to be kidding.
These guys are complicit in the GraphenEra scam , up to their eyes in it. $770,000 cost to shareholders.
They have also scammed investors into believing they have a flyash proppant. I can assure you there is no flyash proppant. I have called the big proppant producers in the States , not one of them has heard of LWP. They built the pilot plant in Brisbane to give this scam some meat and now the ATO has been tipped off there will be no rebates given.
Read the history of what these crooks have been doing over the last 3 years with this company and ask yourself this, if they had the technology to turn flyash into proppants why the hell would they being entering into
1. dodgy graphene battery deals , even though they were warned by shareholders that Volkov was a crook and even after completing not one but two Due Diligences.
2. setting up companies to trade LWP shares without notifying shareholders.
3. Giving out loans to companies that soon after went bust
4.Speculating on penny dreadful shares with our money
5. Pretending they have a JV in Pune with Hallmark and wasting nearly $1,000,000 of shareholders money with not a single proppant to show for it.

So LizardKing , tell me if you still think they have only mismanaged this company and there has been no fraud committed?
