LYC have funding in place via a US$95 million convertable note facility & a senior debt facility with Germany's Hypo Bank. Hypo Bank are in trouble at the moment so this facility may be in doubt, I don't know, but has to be seen as a risk in this environment. Also, REO prices are falling as can be seen from their last presentation.
