Where is the evidence of this? The senior debt is with Hypovereinsbank (HVB). HVB are part of the Unicredit group. UniCredit group is still profit making and appears to be in rude health at the moment. HVB has a core capital ratio of 15% and despite being the only part of UniCredit group to be loss making it doesn't look to be in any trouble to me.
The concern over money with LYC should come from whether or not they have met all the preconditions for drawing down the money. Primarily the arrangement of all oftake agreements.
That's my only concern.
