The moment you let go of your Steven Silver issues and keep giving the company sheet because he assisted with a previous capital raise, the better. This isn’t a Silver company, he doesn’t own the company nor have any control of the day to day activities. You need to take you grief with him offline or to FOS or the broker that he worked for when you believe he made false promises otherwise jog on
