The part about the raise smells like horse shit , how convenient that Indian Ocean were able to get in on the book build ,right after Martino was appointed out of the blue as company secretary, if I was a betting mad I'd say another large holder wanted Martino in there to get a slice of the pie as well , we can't have lekkas and Mansouri having all the fun .
I do note that Adrian Paul and Martino are involved in another company together , I also note that a previous raise by Indian Ocean was also for a company that Latimore wss involved in , so we have the top 5 or 6 holders getting flogged on their holdings but clawing it back via other avenues , there's a reason that these guys don't hand out T20s and there's a reason that they are all hiding behind nominee accounts , these guys have not gotten wealthy by building companies from the ground up ,but I bet they are making plenty of moula on fat salaries and dog shit cap raises , seen it too many times before .
