    From memory, when mandate letter with Anglo was announced, there was a 60 day exclusivity period to establish an offtake and financing agreement , then an announcement 60 days later to say no agreement yet, but extending exclusivity period, then the IO price tanked and the narrative changed to pig iron, and no more mention of Anglo.
