neil has said that anglo came in with better terms than mitsubishi and hence theyve gone back to mitsu to discuss, the MOU started with anglo 2 weeks ago so to say they've been to america, theyve been talking for years, i disagree.. then to say that talks with mitsu arent going well, that literally contradicts what neil has said so if you have no faith in what they are telling you is true, why on earth would you hold? MOU discussions take months, not weeks or days, as he said:

We are in dialogue with financiers and funders which takes time and open dialogue, and the company continues to answer questions during this period where an investment decision will eventually be made.

That is completely logical and reasonable, saying that things cant be going well is unreasonable and illogical
