I have had some experience in negotiating / striking an agreement with South Korea and it's a long long road ... My understanding is that they are trialing / refining the process.... but I agree it's seems to be taking forever to reach the FID ....
If it was a "no go" then I think we would know that by now, and there must be some subtle pressure being applied given the speed at which the sector is moving and the length of time they've been at it.
I was also working on the basis the if POSCO were to change suppliers now for the raw materials then it would set them back quite a way as my understanding is that their process is in some way tied into the specific product that they feed into it, but I don't know the subject well enough to be sure of that, but l like you any many others want to see it finalised one way or the other
