They cannot, because it's not possible to value this below $50 per share. That's the truth.
The value is clear. The steps to get to that value are where the hang-ups appear. We need to execute perfectly from now. If we do, and we get the right kinds of positive outcomes, we'll jump in magnitudes in a day, like many other Bios.
