    "The breach by Fairstar allows for legal action by Superkite and ASH. However there is no use for legal action unless the value of Fairstar increases as Fairstar does not have enough cash for us to instruct lawyers, pay costs and invest time and effort at this material time."

    What does this mean? who is going to sue whom? What the Aus gov is going? No audit for such a superkite company?
