future of vmoto

I've just come across this stock. I like the story ie/scooters both electric and petrol and have put it on my "green" watchlist.

I do have some major concerns though with the recent substantial holder dumping a few. This is not a good sign and has helped to make the chart look very sick. I'd be betting that we haven't seen the ultimate low yet and as such don't intend on buying in yet.

I'd be interested in opinions on the likelihood of the company going into liquidation. They have a few million in cash left. How long is that expected to last? They've already done a couple of cap raisings recently and another one at these levels won't be helpful (to the shareprice anyway!).
