Future Pay; Some aspects to consider

I requested HC to include FPay as an ASX company here but they seem to not want to do so.
So I have started this thread for those like myself who have invested in FPay; or are considering doing so.
I have not intended this thread to be inhabited by the often nasty toxic non holders that seem to live on many stock holding
forums these days!! But rather for those who want to hear from others who maybe invested here.
For my part I have put nearly $100K into FPay and have been enjoying the monthly returns.
This was some idle cash that I had in two cash deposit accounts with one of the big four earning about 0.2%
And it seemed a good idea to do something about it!!!
However there seems to be one very important consideration to this investment predicated on its protective structure.
And that is the "EXIT" value of the units which is as stated on the FPAY website somewhat less than the purchase price!!
In my case at this time a $100K investment results in an effective exit price of about $94,500.
This is explained in the PDF available on line. And does mean that any investment in FPay must be for the longer term
(at least 3 years) before any real capital appreciation can be realised (as stated in the PDF)
It is not structured for the short term investor.
Any observations on the above would be appreciated.
