I bought at 1.70 last week then 2x as much at 1.40 today.
Yes they are exposed to some garbage like cars and suburban real estate sales but they also have a lot of holdings in various agricultural areas. I own AAC for the Northern Australia rural land and grass fed meat close to Asia exposure but the dividend yield is crap, this way I can get exposure to companies like CSS and AAC etc but it is less speculative IMO with a decent div yield.
I plan on holding forever, and when I remember back to being a kid in a small town and the farmers all dealing and shopping with Elders.
