The best reason for not having JH on the board is simple history.
JH was the founding MD. From float till June 2012, when the management changes occurred, CTP had raised $122.7 million in equity and had accumulated losses of $106.6 million. These losses represented 87% of the capital raised.
That is not the track record that you want as a Director of a listed Company.
