    How is the current board or OptionCo NOT going to achieve a dilution if they raise money?

    Even the current board said last Thursday we will have to raise money.

    So any money raised will only be a dilution if its raised by New Direction Team ?

    Really, and you expect ever shareholder to agree with that statement.
