I mean, did he not start in September 2022? That's extremely new to me. He officially became the CEO on the 1st of January, when he could finally make changes.
When it comes to staff members, I could not agree with you more. If 'dblackdog' was honest about ringing them up and their office not knowing about the change of CEO, then that is ridiculous. Changes need to happen to create the right team, as teams make businesses succeed.
We're on the same side here, just give the new CEO a chance and have some faith in the company. Obviously, if you have been holding for 7 years, you are fed up, but let's see what this new CEO can do.
