Agree - my view someone been in an org for 3+ months is not new.... in fact most companies I have worked depending upon level will give 3 month probation, IMHO probation is over, now he has the reins, start steering (I am sure he will).
Yes we should give him an opportunity.
No I have not been holding for 7+ yrs like somebut irrespective, this is business, so lets get on with delivering shareholder value, via a clear plan and fix the 'free loaders' pulling fulltime $$ for part time focus.
