Thanks Possum for your reply and thoughts.
I am still interested in other shareholders thoughts on this matter, including Mr Walker.

If VRC was in Stage 2 Production, if our ZG asset was 100% owned completely firing (I am wondering if ZG is even currently in production given the lack of disclosure on this), if we had established profitable down stream assets in both the USA and Europe, if our Gold assets had been profitably disposed of and if our Serbian Lithium licenses were moving towards production;I don't think any shareholder would have many concerns about Trevor holding Directorships in two other public companies.

However we all know this is not the case....our company has been bleeding money for years and we have substantially diluted shareholder equity just to keep the lights on. Yes we have letters of intent and 70% equity in ZG etc; but there is still a significant amount of work that needs to be undertaken.

Shareholders need a MD who is 100% working for VRC and not involved in getting their own gold company into production at the same time.

I believe it is a simple as that.

The last CR was a success financially...but we all agree it was executed terribly. We don't need to go over the facts again; but I can't help think the outcome might have been different if Trevor wasn't preoccupied in running and commercialising Victory Goldfields as well.

I believe Trevor needs to make a choice as to whether he is a full time employee of Volt Resources or as it seems (based on his significant package with Victory Goldfields), a full time employee of Victory. VRC's current MC and lack of Bunyu funding would suggest he can't do both.

Trevor is currently being rewarded handsomely (over $400K pa) by Volt and he now has an additional 70M Volt Options in the bag. Surely this is enough financial incentive for Trevor to focus full time on Volt?

Maybe a new MD in the chair is not a bad thing for Volt if Trevor decides to run Victory Goldfields over running Volt. I for one want to see Volt reach its full potential, which it is currently not achieving under Trevor's stewardship…..infact it is a long way off in achieving it’s full potential and that is the reason that keeps me fully invested in VRC.
