Markets don’t like when ex CEO / MD deliver zilch, then remain with company on staggering. Salary (almost same as PM of Australia, but with so much less in terms of delivery/responsibilities and accountabilities to SH)
Watch what happens when he finally leaves or gets pushed - I suspect SH / investors will move past keeping price down.
Time for clean break Volt, without TM - do the right thing for SH’s
