The ATO suspected wash sales tip off form is easy to find on Google and there is a number to call. All anonymous. Imagine how big the fine would be for crashing a companies SP purely for personal tax reduction. They are able to track all sells and buys and find any links and easily detect any unusual selling activity. Those doing the washing generally think they are above the law, but they aren't. The ATO welcome any tip offs and they are VERY helpful.
