The western world needs to pull its finger out. We've seen what China can do and has done with imports of Australian wine, timber, beef, lobster and coal at the drop of a hat as an example. They can do exactly the same in reverse, namely stop graphite exports completely and at the moment, our pants are way down around our ankles. I have a feeling that we in the west are going to learn the hard way yet again.
