Agreed, a new MD or board will not solve anything. PC needs to convince the 3-4 companies who been working with Volt and testing the graphite to put pen to paper and sign an offtake contract + invest. It's always the hardest to do so when the underlying commodity price is at bottom of the cycle.

Also, need to remember PC started the job with one hand tied his back. By Dec 22 ~$4.5m of the $10m raised on 15 Nov was spent under TM's watch. The poor cash flow management and high expenses inherited by PC, needed to be wound back across all the consolidated entities. This is a key reason why the SP is where it is today IMO. The balance sheet needed to be protected after the $10m raise but someone went on a spending spree before reigns were handed over. And don't get me started on the Sep 22' Quarterly where there was $12k in the bank and an opportunity to raise capital before it came out at 3c+!
