Putin is obviously the new Mr Bean but I don't think even he would allow the release of his militaries finances showing that they only have 0.01 quarters of funding left.
TM has no defence. PC is still to be proven and the reason he was employed was to get results in August.
We may well see a pump before then and if so it will probably start in July. Just keep an eye out for new commentators ; )
I hope PC is the real deal because we need a serious leader to take VRC to the next level.
