You are wrong regarding WKTs interest rate.
there is two parts to the loan interest payments.
The SOFR which is variable at 5.21% plus the high interest margin at 14%. Combined its 19.21%.
You also failed to mention the 30% payment to gemcorp if the project ever becomes profitable in the first 3 years. This is payable even if the loan is refinanced
Anyway, VRC shareholders know how difficult it is to operate a graphite mine, they have a fully operating mine in Ukraine. You no doubt understand the risks of your investment and that is why you are out cross promoting the lemon you have invested in.
