IMO negotiations between Volt and investor are confidential in nature and cannot be announced until they are signed / in contract form and agreed by all parties. However, given the Tanzanian ministry for mining is a key stakeholder and approver of any deal for projects on their soil they need to be kept informed.
Tanzania seems to be on the front foot in terms of generating foreign investment interest in their mineral and mining projects so they were happy to share the update on Bunyu progress & development as it's the largest graphite deposit in their country and top 5 in the world in terms of scale.
