An interesting article from Financial Times on the graphite fight.
The US (and Europe) are going to have to pour billions into incentivizing the production of a non-Chinese graphite supply chain. The Chinese are so far ahead in this space they are dominating, there is no close second. This US money going into graphite starts to get allocated in August which is only 2 months away with the BIL for Battery Materials Processing & Manufacturing providing over USD$7 Billion into the supply chain over a five year period from 2022-26.
