Management are losing control of the information space. This tends to happen when the news gets too big. This latest news makes the new loan conditions make sense.
Spare some thought for the washers. They have to suffer 3 weeks of nail biting now? What if even more news comes out in these 3 weeks that cannot be controlled, like about Jadar or the Swiss peace summit next week or even about IRA.
