Now reduced to 20k/month with 50% in equity. Asimwe fees replaced in equity payments. About ~$500k per annum in cost reductions with this move, which should be music to ears of SH.
This should incentivize performance & increase alignment with shareholders.
And at minimum, they held to their commitment of paying back the loan to Riverfort, ON the due date.
