Any more off-take agreements would be for Stage 2 though wouldn't they? I wonder if Volt is considering ignoring Stage 1 and going straight for the big one. Obviously a lot more capital required initially but the cost of production would effectively be much lower and thus profits would be much higher. If they could sell all of Stage 2 through additional off-takes then I reckon potential financiers would be far more interested than they have been in Stage 1 (it's been almost a year since the stage 1 dfs).
