Serbia is among the European countries with the highest risk of poverty and social exclusion. 25% unemployment. ‘Safe’? mining might be their only way to progress. Rio Tinto and current government should progress it as Serbia has declined since (6 years ago) rio Tinto wanted to mine it hard! Sell volt tenement to rio Tinto asap to get more finance. Don’t try and manage this as well please!
